Abstract

In this paper, a multi-hop relay scheme for the secondary network under the maximum interference level at primary receivers is proposed. In the proposed scheme, the relay node at each hop is selected by using the partial relay selection method. Based on the end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the system performance in terms of outage probability (OP), average bit error rate (BER) and average channel capacity, under Rayleigh fading channel is evaluated. Numerical result and Monte-Carlo simulations presented that the proposed scheme obtains a high performance gain, as compared with the conventional multi-hop transmission one.
