The AL-CHOM 40I heat-transfer was supplied by Israel for cooling the transmitter-receiver modules (TRMs). The corrosion inhibition behavior of the coolant for some alloy that commonly used in the manufacturing of heat exchangers are steel 1020, A7075, C11000 have been studied by electrochemical methods. The results showed that this coolant had a good anti-corrosion effect on the studied materials. The inhibition effects were 86,67%, 87,2% and 85,67% for 1020 steel, A7075 and C11000 alloy, respectively. The heat-transfer presented a mixed inhibition. The results of EIS also indicated that the corrosion inhibiting by forming a protective film on the surface of metals.
